Juaná Collymore has been a senior schedule and cost analyst in GAO’s Center for Technology and Engineering since 2012. At GAO she is involved in performing schedule, cost and performance analyses audits on a variety of programs spanning many different agencies. Before GAO, Juaná managed schedules and project controls for various local major construction projects including the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, Dulles and National Airports and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital and was a Master Scheduler for IT at the IRS. In addition to her extensive project management experience, she also holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and a Certified Cost Estimator and Analyst (CCEA). She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Howard University and a Masters of Cost Estimating and Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.  She has over 17 years’ experience in the fields of schedule, cost estimating and performance controls and auditing.
